Getting the new update is pretty straightforward. If you're already testing Technical Preview Build 9841, make sure you're logged in as an administrator linked to the Windows Insider program.
Among the new changes, users can expect the following features: Notification Center is coming to the desktop, but Microsoft is actually calling it "Action Center," a new place where you can see and track all your notifications. However, the feature is not fully enabled in this build, Microsoft notes.
In Windows 10 Build 9860, the software giant improves the multiple monitor setup and now you can use + SHIFT + Arrow to move active apps to another monitor.
