Windows 10 Build 17741: It's officially version 1809
Ahead of Patch Tuesday in April 2019, Microsoft is now rolling out update KB4490481 for devices running Windows 10 version 1809, October 2018 Update to fix a number of issues.
KB4490481 increases the version number to build 17763.404 and fixes issues with audio devices, apps, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, time zone, graphics, USB cameras, authentication, memory leak, data decryption, and more.
