HOW TO UPDATE THE WINDOWS 10 OPERATING SYSTEM TO THE LATEST VERSION
Outside of the regular schedule and following the release of the May 2019 Update, Microsoft is now rolling out update KB4497934 to address a number of issues with the Windows 10 October 2018 Update, version 1809.
KB4497934 increases the version number to build 17763.529 and, according to the company, fixes network issues as well as problems with Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Office, BitLocker, file sharing, and more. In addition, Microsoft is also releasing a similar update for Windows 10 version 1803, April 2018 Update.
Microsoft has announced KB4497934 on the Windows Support site and it is referred to as "May 21, 2019 – KB4497934 (OS Build OS 17763.529)." If you are already running the Windows 10 October 2018 Update on your device, this update fixes the following issues:
