Microsoft is now rolling out update KB4505658 for devices running Windows 10, version 1809, outside of the regular Patch Tuesday schedule.

KB4505658 increases the version number to build 17763.652 and, according to the company, fixes issues where recently installed applications do not appear in Start menu search results. It fixes an issue that prevents computers from recognizing a Microsoft account, resets app permission settings, and improves reliability when upgrading from Windows 10 version 1703.

Microsoft has announced KB4507466 on the Windows Support site and it is referred to as "July 22, 2019 – KB4505658 (OS Build 17763.652)." If you are already running the Windows 10 October 2018 Update on your device, this update fixes the following issues:
