Windows 10 November 2019 Update, version 1909: Clean installation process
Windows 10 version 1909 is now receiving a preview of the next Patch Tuesday update. Update KB5003212 is offered as an optional installation and contains a number of non-security fixes.
The update KB5003212 increases the version number to build 18363.1593 and, according to the company, fixes an issue with geographic location information, fixes issues with muting a phone call when transferring the call, and fixes an issue that prevents a touch device from working as a serial mouse in multi-monitor situations.
In addition, Microsoft has also released update KB5003217 as a preview for Windows 10 version 1809, which fixes many non-security issues.
