Windows 10 20H2: Upgrade from version 2004 with update KB4562830
As part of the Patch Tuesday update for June 2021, Microsoft is now rolling out the update KB5003637 for Windows 10 21H1, 20H2 and 2004. The update is also available for version 21H1 in the Beta and Release Preview channels of the Windows Insider program.
The update KB5003637 increases the version number to build 19043.1052, 19042.1052 and 19041.1052, depending on which version of Windows 10 is installed on the device. According to the company logs, it is a small update that improves security for input devices (for example, mouse, keyboard or pen), Windows OLE (compound documents), basic operations and the mechanism for verifying user names and passwords. The update also includes improvements in sorting and managing files.
In addition, Microsoft also releases updates for older versions, including Windows 10, version 1909, 1809, 1607 and 1507.
