Windows 10 20H2: Upgrade from version 2004 with update KB4562830
Outside of the regular schedule, Microsoft has released update KB5004760 for PCs running versions 21H1, 20H2 or 2004 of Windows 10. The update is small and is intended to fix a specific problem with PDF documents.
According to the announcement, the update KB5004760 fixes an issue that may prevent users from opening PDFs with the old Internet Explorer 11 browser or with apps that use the 64-bit version of the "WebBrowser" control. In addition, a PDF file may only be displayed as a gray background when using the Adobe Acrobat plug-in.
You can also download the standalone version of the update from the Microsoft Update Catalog website.
