Windows 10 November Update: Hands-on demo with new features and changes (version 1511)
On January 27, Microsoft will begin releasing a new cumulative update for Windows 10, version 1511. The new update, titled "Cumulative Update for Windows 10, version 1511: January 27, 2016," is described as KB3124262 and, according to the company, only contains "improvements to extend the functionality" of the operating system.
Unfortunately, the software maker does not provide any more details about what's new in the new update or the bug fixes it contains. However, the update KB3124262 increases the version number from "10586.63" to "10586.71", as you can see in the screenshot below.
As always, the January 27 Update for Windows 10 is cumulative and includes all previously installed updates, so only the new changes will be downloaded and installed on your computer.
