The Windows 10 May 2019 Update, version 1903, is now available for download, but only for testers in the Release Preview ring.
According to the company, devices in the Release Preview ring should receive Build 18362.30, the final version of the May 2019 update. However, the company warns that this time it plans to release different updates in the Release Preview ring to allow additional time to identify and fix any issues before the feature update is made available to everyone.
If you want to update to the latest update, you must enroll your device in the Release Preview ring using the “Fixes, apps, and drivers only” option on the Windows Insider Program settings page.
