Windows 10 20H2: Upgrade from version 2004 with update KB4562830

Shortly before the end of September, Microsoft is releasing a new Windows 10 update. This time, the software maker is releasing KB3093266, another cumulative update with a size of 505 MB for users of the 64-bit and 226 MB for the 32-bit version of the operating system.

As expected, the company doesn't reveal much about what's new in the update, simply describing KB3093266 as a cumulative update that "contains improvements to extend the functionality of Windows 10. Windows 10 updates are cumulative, so this package contains all previously released fixes (see KB 3081448). If you have previous updates installed, only the new fixes included in this package will be downloaded and installed on your computer."

Although the update appears to be extensive, users will not expect any major features or changes as the company is still working on the Windows 10 Threshold 2 update and plans to release it sometime in November.
