New Windows 11 Build 22635.3140 – Start menu changes, new taskbar copilot position and fixes (Beta)
On February 8, after releasing the first preview for version 24H2, Microsoft released Windows 11 Build 22635.3140 (KB5034851) with minor changes in the Beta channel of the Windows Insider program.
Additionally, the Start menu now groups recently added apps into a folder in the Recommended section. Additionally, users with a Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise edition device who are signed in with an Entra ID will now see notifications about upcoming meetings. The notifications will appear in the Recommended section just five minutes before the meeting.
Although these are new changes in the Beta channel, the company has been testing these improvements for several months, first through the Dev channel and then through the Canary channel.
