Windows 11 gets a NEW account profile editor and features in the latest Insider Preview
As part of the first wave of June 2024 preview builds, Microsoft has made three versions of Windows 11 available in the Beta, Dev, and Canary channels, including builds 22635.3720 (KB5039312), 26120.770, and 26231. These updates are minor, as the company is currently focused on completing version 24H2, but these previews include some interesting additions.
According to the official notes, Windows 11 builds 22635.3720 and 26231 introduce the ability to use Voice Access to dictate text while using Windows Narrator. Additionally, these two previews include the ability to automatically restart Voice Access if the feature crashes for any reason to help users with disabilities resume using it quickly. Additionally, there is a new command for Voice Access to find apps and files in Windows Search.
Additionally, as part of Build 26231 in the Canary Channel, Microsoft improves the search interface, updates the design of the option to rename computers in Settings, and introduces various bug fixes.
