Windows 11: Fix All Wi-Fi Problems (Easy Method)

In Windows 11, you'll soon find a new button to refresh the list of available Wi-Fi networks from the Quick Settings flyout. Starting with Windows 11 Build 25997 from the Canary Channel, Microsoft is testing a new button that lets you reload the list of nearby networks in the Quick Settings flyout.

If you are currently trying to connect to a wireless network but the access point is not in the list of available networks, you will have to wait for the system to automatically refresh the list, close and reopen the interface, or turn Wi-Fi off and on again. However, in future updates of the operating system, you will finally have the ability to quickly rescan the nearby networks.

The new button is available in the bottom right corner of the Quick Settings flyout on the Manage Wi-Fi connections page and was first spotted by PhantomOcean3 on X (formerly Twitter). Additionally, according to Brandon LeBlanc, Senior Program Manager of the Windows Insider team, the development team is working on the new feature. However, they did not mention it as part of the changes for Build 25997 as the feature is not ready yet.
