Windows 11 23H2 (2023 Update) BIGGEST Features
Microsoft plans to ship more experimental features and improvements that may never make it into a newer version of Windows 11. As part of upcoming changes to the Windows Insider program in 2022, the company says the team will rely even more heavily on the Dev Channel to "incubate new ideas, work on long-lead projects, and monitor the status of individual features."
However, that doesn't necessarily mean that these features will be included in the final version. "In some cases, these concepts will never ship, but through more experimentation, we can refine the experiences and deliver solutions in Windows that really enable our customers to achieve more," the company says.
Additionally, there will be more A/B testing of experimental features, with the difference that this time there might be variations of the features that the company doesn't fully document.
