Another nearly finished build of Windows 8.1 has leaked online, this time Build 9477. The new updated parts don't feature any major changes compared to Build 9471, but they do bring some cosmetic changes to the Mail, Calendar, and Help + Tips apps.

A look at Windows 8.1 Build 9271
The guys from WinBeta.org have posted a new video showing us what's new in Windows 8.1 Build 9477. Although the new update is only available in Chinese, we can still check out the new changes.
Perhaps the most noticeable change in this pre-release update is the new Mail app. In addition to the UI update and new features, Microsoft is finally changing the default green color scheme to a nicer blue. Honestly, I've been waiting for this since day one, although I would love to have an option to choose from different color schemes – but, well…
There have been no major additional changes to the Help + Tips app, which helps users get started with Windows 8, but there are new icon changes.
