All of these new options are welcome additions that help people stay productive and get comfortable with the operating system. What people should note about the new navigation features in Windows 8.1 is that the Start button is the only one that appears enabled by default, and all other features are optional. So the question is, where do I find the new navigation features? Fortunately, Microsoft has conveniently integrated them all into the Taskbar Properties, which is now called "Taskbar and Navigation Properties."
