As expected, a new pre-release build of Windows Blue (Build 9364) has leaked online and is available for download on many websites. This new version of Windows reveals a handful of features that will be included in the next major Microsoft Windows 8 update.

The images and videos of the first version of Blue circulating online suggest that the folks in Redmond are adding smaller (and even larger) live tiles to the Start screen in addition to the two tile sizes already present in the operating system, more control over personalization options, such as choosing virtually any background and accent color, and a few other improvements.

Perhaps one of the most significant UI changes in Windows Blue Build 9364 is that users can use Snap View with two Modern apps, splitting the screen in half for each app, much like the desktop version of Snap.
