Microsoft is pushing to make another radical change to its operating system with the upcoming Windows 8 upgrade, Windows Blue, which will make multitasking with modern apps much easier in many ways and will bring many necessary fixes as well as some new apps. Aside from the new changes, Windows Blue will retain virtually all of the look and feel of Windows 8.

It also includes several UI design updates that give users more control over background and accent colors, new general personalization settings (change PC settings), and many new behind-the-scenes improvements, such as a new version of the Windows NT kernel (v6.3), which also speeds up the operating system startup, and significantly improved power management.
As you've already read, an early version of Windows Blue (Build 9364) has leaked online, apparently by a French Microsoft partner, and luckily for us, more details about some of the changes coming to Blue have now come to light:
First of all, it should be noted that the Blue installation process has hardly changed compared to the Windows 8 installation. All the steps are practically the same, with the exception that you can now also choose accent and background colors from the setup.
