Windows 11, 10: Find and use BitLocker recovery key to unlock PC
Version 0.4 of the Windows Terminal app is now available with a number of new features and improvements.
According to Microsoft, the new experience, designed to be a foundational experience for using the Command Prompt, PowerShell, and Linux distributions, now gets new settings as well as updates to keyboard shortcuts, copying, and accessibility.
Starting with version 0.4, the profiles.json file in Windows Terminal is now located in the LocalState folder to prevent automatic roaming of settings between devices and to fix issues such as app crashes when one device's dependencies are not available on another.
