Demo of the new Settings user interface for Windows Terminal
Microsoft has released version 1.9 of its Windows Terminal application in preview and this rollout includes some interesting new features and improvements.
According to the company's announcement, Windows Terminal version 1.9 lets you set the app as the default to open Command Prompt, PowerShell, WSL, etc. Introduces Quake mode to quickly open new terminal instances with a keyboard shortcut. The app features an italic version of the Cascadia Code font. Also, this version introduces other changes to the Settings UI, including a new page with editable actions, a new page for adding new profiles, and more.
