Windows Threshold – Notification Center

We used to hear about the idea that Microsoft wanted to unify all Windows experiences into one. Some people call this vision "one Windows." One of the features that will bring these experiences even closer together is Windows Notification Center, similar to what you see in Windows Phone today. And today we know that this feature will certainly be included in Windows Threshold.

According to a new report from Neowin, Microsoft has already implemented a new Notification Center in the latest build of Windows Threshold that works the same as the feature in Windows Phone.

Previously, we weren't sure how the company would implement this feature because on Windows Phone, you can simply swipe down from the top to access your notifications. On Windows 8, however, swiping down from the top brings up the app bar to bring up various options or you can drag an app down from the top to close it.
