Using Cortana on the new Xbox One Experience
Cortana is coming to Xbox One with the latest Anniversary Update preview coming later this summer. Microsoft just announced that Xbox Preview members are getting a new update that includes a number of features, changes, and of course, the one and only digital assistant, Cortana.
Microsoft's digital assistant will now appear on your Xbox One dashboard, and you can access the assistant either by voice command using the Kinect sensor or through a headset. This also means that you will no longer use the "Xbox" voice command, but instead use the "Hey Cortana" voice command to interact with the console.
Initially, the new voice integration will be available in the US, UK, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Note that Cortana on Xbox One is still in development, so it doesn't include all the features you can enjoy on Windows 10 or Windows 10 Mobile.
