Microsoft now allows you to order a replacement Xbox One power adapter for free through the official support site. A few weeks ago, a Reddit user spoke up when he had virtually nowhere to buy a replacement Xbox One power adapter. He contacted Microsoft support, went to several local and online retailers, and no one could help him get a new, basic power adapter.
In response to the issue, Xbox's Larry Hryb (Major Nelson) announced today that he has worked with the Xbox Support team and they have now enabled an option for Xbox One owners to purchase additional Xbox One power supplies through https://myservice.xbox.com.
